No Surprises Act

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers are expected to provide a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges to those who are not enrolled in an insurance plan or a federal health care program, or those who are not planning to file a claim to their coverage/plan. If you do not have insurance or are not planning to use your insurance to cover services, I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate prior to our first Initial Consultation Appointment.
